Covers day-to-day management, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting. - Leasing Fee: One Month’s Rent
Charged once for tenant placement, including professional marketing, showings, screening, and lease execution. - Lease Renewal Fee: $250
Includes market rent analysis, renewal documentation, and updates to your tenant’s account and lease terms.
