You never need to visit
- Monthly statements, invoices and year-end 1099s in your Rentvine owner portal, available 24/7. See a sample statement (PDF)
- Owner payouts: twice a month by direct deposit, on the 15th and 25th (the next business day if either falls on a weekend or holiday).
- Leases are signed electronically, and showings are booked online.
Eyes on your property
Our inspection coordinator inspects every home in person at move-in and move-out, with photos. Mid-lease, residents complete a condition check through Inspection Express. Once a resident renews past their first year, our team also inspects the home in person once a year.
Repairs without phone tag
We can approve repairs without reaching you first, up to these limits: $300 for most repairs; $600 for HVAC, plumbing or electrical; $1,200 for a water heater. Above that, we ask. In an emergency, we may go over the limit, but only as much as it takes to stop the emergency. Then we contact you about next steps, such as repair estimates and whether to involve insurance.
