IMPORTANT: Read through the advice below before submitting a repair request
Plumbing Issues (Toilets, Drains, etc.)
If your toilet clogs, you can generally clear the drain with a plunger. Press the plunger over the drain and pump up and down to clear the blockage. Don't flush multiple times or you could flood the bathroom.
Other Drain Issues
If you're having problems with your sink or shower drains, you can also use a plunger to push the clog through the pipes.
If you lose power in your rental home, contact your utility provider to learn what's causing the problem.
Tripped Circuit Breaker?
If you accidentally trip your circuit breaker, locate the breaker and make sure the lever is in the ON position. If it's pointed at the OFF position, carefully flip it back into place.
Hot Water Problems
If you don't have hot water access in your property, check the settings on your tank. Attempt to cycle the tank or reset it; if you make any changes, wait at least 15 minutes before testing the water temperature again.
A/C & Furnace Failures
If your air conditioning or heating isn't working properly, check the settings on your central thermostat. Make certain everything is in working order and reset the temperature control.
